Term 4 (usually the first Friday and Saturday of December). Each year,
Focus Fest explores a topic or theme primarily catering for secondary
school Visual Arts teachers, with cross-disciplinary and
cross-curricular connections, which may be of value to secondary
teachers in other Key Learning Areas.
Relevant links to the
junior syllabus and senior syllabus are incorporated into the two-day
program. The program includes presentations, lectures and workshops by
museum educators, curators, artists, art critics, experts in related
fields and secondary school teachers.
